Your appointments are important to the team members of Pure Concept Hair & Boutique; it is reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, not to mention this will also directly affect the business and our service providers income.
Appointment Cancellations/No Shows
24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. Any cancellations/no shows after the 24 hour window will result in a charge of up to 100% of the original service(s). This will be charged to credit card on file. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 4 hours’ notice.
Wedding Parties/Specialty Occasion
A deposit is required to reserve an appointment booking date, which will be applied to appointment services rendered. Cancellations and/or changes to services (requested at the time of booking) made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the original services booked.
