Your appointments are very important to the team members of Pure Concept Hair & Boutique, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment Cancellations/No Shows
24 hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. Three “no shows” (i.e. missed) and/or cancelled appointments will require pre-payment for future bookings.

Wedding Parties/Special Occasion
A deposit is required to reserve appointment booking date, which will be applied to appointment services rendered. Cancellations and/or changes to services (requested at time of booking) made within 72 hours of appointment will result in a charge of 50% of original services booked.
